We're happy to offer free local meetup—and, in some cases, personal delivery—to customers in the Livermore, California area. Because we're an online business and do not operate a retail storefront, all meetups are by appointment only and require prior approval.
How It Works
- Submit a Local meetup Request using the form below.
- We'll review your request and respond as soon as possible.
- Once your request has been approved, you may place your order (or, if you've already placed it, we'll let you know it's approved).
- Select Local meetup during checkout.
- We'll contact you to arrange a convenient meetup time and location or, when available, a personal delivery.
Before You Select Local Meetup
Orders placed with Local Meetup selected without prior approval may require additional shipping charges, be changed to standard shipping, or be canceled and refunded if we're unable to arrange a meetup.
Things to Know
- Local meetup is available by appointment only.
- We do not have a public retail location.
